If you're an Airbnb host, you've probably had to scramble to get your house in order when you've had back-to-back bookings. We're here to help.

You can use Mopify to get your Airbnb property cleaned and ready for your next guest. We'll change the linens and sheets, make sure your guest's room is spotless and clean your common areas.

What's included in the Airbnb Cleaning Service?

Here's what you'll get with Mopify's Airbnb cleaning service:

  • Change sheets, towels, linens
  • Thorough cleaning of one guest room, one guest bathroom and kitchen
  • Cleaning of common areas

If you need a deeper cleaning of your space, that's not a problem. You can add time to your appointment in 15-minute increments for an extra cost and instruct us what you'd like done.

What's the cost?

The service starts at 2 hours, based on the one-time hourly rate in your city (which you can check here) plus tax.

This includes up to two hours of cleaning / preparation for your upcoming guest. If you think your property needs more time, you can adjust your quote upwards in your admin dashboard. Each additional hour of work is priced at your market's one-time rate, which you can see here. This can be incremented in 15 minute intervals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you do a load of laundry?

Absolutely, as long as your washer/dryer are on premises. Also, please ensure that you add extra time to your booking to accommodate this as the standard 2-hour service does not include loads of laundry.

Please also indicate in your booking notes that you are requesting laundry and include any specifics about your equipment, etc.

Do you bring supplies?

We don't supply cleaning products by default. Mopify cleaners use the products that you supply. There's a list of suggested products available on your customer dashboard. If you require Mopify to bring products, there is an additional $10 fee applied.

What's the best way to handle linen/towel changes?

We suggest you have spare sets on hand. That way, your Mopify cleaner can quickly change the bed/towels with fresh ones, ensuring you don't exceed your two hours of allotted time.

Can you cover multiple units on one turnover visit?

Unfortunately, each turnover is limited to one space, even if you have multiple units within a close vicinity. To handle two units, you'd have to book two turnovers.

My space is especially messy. What should I do?

Not a problem, you can add additional time to your turnover service at your city's one-time hourly rate. This can be done via your customer dashboard, where you can also include specific instructions to us for tasks you'd like completed.

Tasks/Items Not Included

This service is a cleaning service to make your space presentable between guests.

It is not an overall property management service. As such, the following tasks/requests cannot be fulfilled:

  • Leaving the premises for any type of errand (this includes going to key cafés, laundry facilities, and any other area outside of the building being serviced)
  • Taking inventory of items or taking photographs of the space for any purpose
  • Meeting guests for key exchanges

Also, please note that laundry cycles are NOT included in the 2 hour estimate. We recommend you have clean sheets/towels for us to swap but in the event you require laundry to be done, please add at least an extra 1/2 hour to your requested service time.
